How to Vista your XP

Make XP Look like Vista.

Are you like me and love the eye candy of vista, but can’t quite afford it yet? Then this will teach you how to make your xp look exactly like vista.

Approx time 1-2 hrs. The best Place to start would be with the theme itself. This is a brilliant theme, it has the fancy buttons, transparent and blurred title bars, transparent task bar, translucent start menu and a lot more. The theme can be found here.

Go and download the theme
Go and download window blinds
Go and download TUT.txt
Read TUT.txt
Follow the instructions but don’t install the theme before you reboot.
When you have rebooted make sure window blinds isn’t open, if a window blinds window is open, close it but don’t close the quick launch icon.
Double click on the theme and you’ll see a bubble pop up on the quick launch icon. Open window blinds from the quick launch icon and double click the theme. The theme will change. On the left hand side bar, click apply my changes. Done.

Now, for the tweaks. Topdesk, flip 3d replacement. The default key combo is windows+tab if it does not work then alter the settings by double clicking the Topdesk icon.
